  • We give your formal 1 YEAR warranty for any custom made straps. The warranty start from the date of delivery stated on the tracking number.
  • Warranty is applicable for any damage on stitching, skin treatment, glue loose.
  • Warranty is not applicable for broken strap (broke apart)
  • Warranty is not applicable to cover lost / stolen caused by any reasons
  • You can request re-stitch by different color while your repair your straps under warranty
  • You will be charged as shipping fee to return the strap to your warehouse, and we will be responsible to cover shipping fee to re-deliver back to you
